Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new rug from Luna Looms! We are here to help if you need to make a return or exchange.

 

Return Policy:

 

Luna Looms accepts Returns & Exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

 

To initiate a Return or Exchange:

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Please include photos if the rug is damaged.

 

We will confirm eligibility and provide next steps.

 

Return shipping and all associated costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

All rugs must be professionally packaged and shipped via FedEx or UPS with tracking provided within 3 days of return approval.

We kindly ask that you do not use USPS.

Luna Looms is not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue:

A refund to your original form of payment, minus a 15% restocking fee based on the product price.

OR a store credit for the full amount.

 

Please note: Orders placed with a promotional code or discount are only eligible for store credit.

 

All rugs must be returned in new, unused condition. Items showing wear, signs of use, or damage will not be accepted.

 

Luna Looms does not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Custom Orders

  • Discounted or final sale Rugs

  • In-stock mini rugs (2x3 & 3x5)

  • Gift Cards

Cancellation Policy

​Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If an order is canceled within 24 hours of placement, a 3% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover credit card processing fees. After 24 hours, canceled orders may be subject to additional fees as per our standard return policy.

 

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and device displays. We strive to provide true-to-life photography, but if you have questions before purchasing, we're happy to help—just send us a message!
